How to Return

Initiate Return

Log into your account and select the item you wish to return. Print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number.

Receive Refund

Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Policy Details

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@jazzycouture.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
